Everyone’s experience selling a house is unique. For us, selling a large house in the Greenwich back country, which we had lived in for more than a decade, was hard. It was hard emotionally and financially. It was hard to leave a house all three of our children had grown up in. Kaye’s manner made the transition easy. She was kind, calm and professional. Part real estate professional and part real estate therapist, explaining the realities of the market honestly as well as what to expect and the things we could do to help the situation. A little background: I was looking to move to bigger place after living for a while in NYC. I wanted to buy a place in Greenwich that was close to the train station after renting for a year.
