Joy Kim Metalios - Managing Director and Broker
Licensing: 40ME0994879

For over 20 years, Joy Kim Metalios has successfully worked with sellers, buyers and real estate developers. Joy is highly regarded by clients and colleagues for her expertise and knowledge of the real estate market. Joy provides a level of professionalism that only a truly experienced realtor can provide. At the same time, her caring attitude and personal style convey her desire to look for the best interest of her clients. Joy is deeply committed to her clients which is why it is no surprise that the bulk of her business is repeated and referral based.

Working closely with sellers, Joy strategically markets their properties to ensure that their home receives the maximum level of exposure to obtain the best possible price. Listening and understanding buyers needs, Joy educates buyers so that they can understand the process and the market as they find their new home. Her extensive knowledge of construction, remodeling, and interior design combined with her unsurpassed skills of negotiation have made Joy an invaluable asset to both buyers and sellers achieving their respective goals.

Although Joy graduated from Columbia University with an engineering degree, she found that her interpersonal skills could be used elsewhere after working for Mobil Oil for several years. She began to sell Real Estate in 1994 for Prudential Douglas Elliman, where she worked for high profile celebrities as well as students looking for rentals. Joy moved to Westchester county in 2001 where she built a home in Larchmont. After selling her home in 2007, she moved to Greenwich, CT where she built another home. Joy resides in Greenwich with her husband and 3 children.
